For Clinicians

Mirror, for the considered house.

Mirror is the diagnostic system used in every consultation at the Maison. It is also licensed, in confidence, to a small number of London's more considered private clinics. This page is for them, and for the houses that may yet join.

N° 01 / What Mirror is

A diagnostic platform, quietly applied.

Mirror reads one hundred and ninety-two anatomical points across the face in approximately three minutes, then proposes a treatment direction for review by two physicians. It does not decide. It does not store images outside your premises. It does not learn from your clients without consent. What it does is replace the three appointments most clinics still spend reaching the same conclusion.

Anatomical points read in a single pass — a complete harmony map of the face, recorded once and held on your premises.

How others use Mirror, quietly.

Three of London's more considered private practices have licensed Mirror since MMXXIV. By contractual agreement, neither party publicly names the other. The brief notes below are published with each clinic's permission and have been redacted to protect their identifying details.

Case — W1, Harley Street

A nine-physician practice, established 1972.

Adopted Mirror in the autumn of MMXXIV as part of an initiative to standardise intake across their nine consultants. Average first-consultation length reduced from sixty-five to thirty-eight minutes. Treatment-plan concordance between physicians rose from seventy-one to ninety-four per cent within the first quarter.

Case — SW1, Knightsbridge

A surgical-aesthetic practice, two principals.

Use Mirror as a pre-surgical second opinion. Of the four hundred and twelve readings conducted in the first year, ninety-six were associated with a recommendation to defer surgery. The practice reports a measurable reduction in revision-rate enquiries.

Case — SW3, Belgravia

A single-physician dermatology house, by appointment.

Adopted Mirror for the téint diagnostic only. Now uses the harmony reading as a quarterly skin-quality benchmark for long-form clients. Average client retention extended from seven to nineteen months.

N° 03 / Licensing

By introduction, by enquiry.

Mirror is not sold by subscription, nor by per-reading fee. It is licensed annually, by introduction, and only to practices whose standards we have come to know. The arrangement is bespoke; the figure is communicated privately. What follows is what is true of every licence, regardless of size.

Term

Annual, by mutual review.

A twelve-month licence, reviewed each spring by both parties. Either may decline renewal without explanation. We have, on three occasions, been the party that declined.

Installation

On-premises, white-glove.

Mirror runs entirely on hardware we install in your studio. Nothing of your clients' data leaves your building. Installation takes a single morning, with one of our engineers on site.

Training

Three afternoons, in residence.

Two of your clinicians spend three afternoons at the Maison, taking readings alongside our physicians. Most leave fluent. Some return for further sessions; we do not charge for these.

Confidentiality

Mutual, in perpetuity.

We do not name our licensees. They do not name us. Should the relationship end, neither party is required to disclose its existence. This is the term most clinicians ask about first.

N° 04 / Correspondence

The first conversation.

If you would like to begin a conversation about licensing Mirror at your practice, the form below is the most direct route. We will respond, in writing, within a working week. We do not telephone. We do not market.

Your enquiry is held in confidence. We do not maintain a mailing list, and we shall not contact you again without invitation.
